Pricing

HRT is consult-based and always starts with an evaluation. Here is our upfront, self-pay pricing for testosterone therapy, which we offer for both men and women:

• Testosterone therapy lab work — $425, initial and annual (includes a 6-week follow-up). This is the lab work at the start of therapy and repeated once a year, not a per-visit fee.
• Testosterone refills (90-day Rx, in person or telehealth) — $80
• Pellet insertion (includes 4-week follow-up lab) — Female $290 / Male $390
