Get Well Clinic
Terms of Use
Welcome to Get Well Clinic. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at getwellclinic.com (the “Site”), operated by Get Well Healthcare Services, LLC, doing business as Get Well Clinic (“Get Well Clinic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Informational purpose only — not medical advice
The content on this Site is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing on this Site creates a provider-patient relationship. Always seek the advice of a licensed healthcare provider with any questions about a medical condition, and never disregard or delay seeking care because of something you read on this Site.
2. No emergency use — call 911
This Site and our services are not designed for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. Do not use this Site, our booking tools, or telehealth services for urgent or emergency medical needs.
3. Services, eligibility, and provider discretion
Get Well Clinic provides in-person and telehealth medical services to patients located in the State of Texas only. All services, medications, and treatments are subject to a medical evaluation and the clinical judgment of a licensed provider. Not every treatment is appropriate or available for every patient, and we reserve the right to decline to provide a service or prescription when it is not clinically appropriate. Prescription and controlled-substance medications are dispensed only when clinically indicated and in accordance with applicable law.
4. Self-pay pricing
Get Well Clinic is a self-pay practice. Prices shown on this Site are estimates for cash-pay services and are subject to change without notice. Visit fees and medications may be billed separately. Final pricing depends on the services you actually receive and is confirmed at the time of your visit. Posted prices do not constitute a guarantee that a particular medication or service will be provided to you.
5. Telehealth
Telehealth services are available only to patients physically located in Texas at the time of the visit. By using our telehealth services, you acknowledge that telehealth has both benefits and limitations, that not all conditions are appropriate for telehealth, and that your provider may determine an in-person visit is necessary.
6. Booking, portal, and third-party links
Our Site links to third-party services we use to operate our practice — including our scheduling tool, patient portal and electronic health record, pharmacy partner, and payment processor. When you click these links, you leave our Site and are subject to those third parties’ own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites or services.
7. Acceptable use
You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems, interfere with its operation, copy or scrape its content for commercial use, or use it in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and the Get Well Clinic name and marks — is owned by or licensed to Get Well Healthcare Services, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
This Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Get Well Healthcare Services, LLC and its owners, providers, and staff will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, this Site. This limitation does not apply to the professional medical care we provide, which is governed by applicable law and the standard of care.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and post the current version on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
