  • Manage chronic conditions alongside your weight loss
  • Adjust your plan in real time, in person or by telehealth

Who it's for

Medical weight loss may suit adults who qualify after a medical evaluation. These treatments aren't right for everyone. Your provider reviews your health, history, and goals before any medication is considered.

What to expect

Most plans start low and adjust gradually under provider supervision. Side effects, often mild nausea early on, are reviewed and managed with you at each visit. You decide, with your provider, what fits your health and budget.

Our weight loss treatments

The options our patients ask for most.

Every plan starts with a medical evaluation. Your provider helps you choose what fits your health, your goals, and your budget.

Weekly GLP-1 injection

Semaglutide

A once-weekly GLP-1 medication. GLP-1 is a hormone your body makes naturally that helps regulate appetite and blood sugar.

  • How it works: Works with your body's own appetite signals. Many patients notice they feel full sooner and think about food less.
  • What the research shows: In the manufacturer's clinical study, participants experienced meaningful weight reduction alongside lifestyle changes. Individual results vary and depend on your individual plan.
  • Who it may suit: Adults who qualify after a medical evaluation and want a steady, once-weekly routine.
  • What to expect: Your provider starts low and adjusts gradually. Side effects, often mild nausea early on, are reviewed and managed with you.
Once-daily oral GLP-1FDA-approved

Wegovy® pill

A once-daily tablet instead of a weekly injection. Approved by the FDA in December 2025, it is the first oral GLP-1 medication for weight management.

  • How it works: The same active medicine as semaglutide, in tablet form. Taken once a day on an empty stomach, with a 30-minute wait before you eat or drink anything else.
  • What the research shows: In the manufacturer's OASIS 4 trial, participants experienced meaningful weight reduction alongside lifestyle changes when taken as directed. Individual results vary and depend on your individual plan.
  • Who it may suit: Adults who qualify after a medical evaluation and would rather not inject.
  • What to expect: Your provider starts you on a low dose and steps it up over time, reviewing side effects at each visit. Ask us about current pricing, which is billed separately from your visit.
Dual-action weekly injection

Tirzepatide

A once-weekly medication that acts on two appetite-related pathways (GLP-1 and GIP) instead of one.

  • How it works: Targets two hormone pathways involved in appetite and blood sugar regulation.
  • Who it may suit: Adults who qualify medically and want a dual-pathway option, decided together with your provider.
  • What to expect: Like other GLP-1 care, doses start low and step up over time, with side effects monitored at each visit.
Appetite-support tablet

Phentermine

A short-term, prescription appetite-support medication taken by mouth. A non-injection option for the right patient.

  • How it works: Helps reduce appetite as part of a supervised plan with diet and activity changes.
  • Who it may suit: Adults who prefer a tablet over an injection and meet the medical criteria. Your provider reviews your heart health and history first.
  • What to expect: Typically used short-term and monitored closely. It isn't right for everyone, so the evaluation comes first.
Wellness injection

Lipo + B12 (MIC)

A combination injection of lipotropic nutrients (MIC: methionine, inositol, choline) with vitamin B12, used to support energy and wellness alongside your plan.

  • How it works: Delivers B12 and lipotropic nutrients that some patients use to support energy as part of a broader routine.
  • Who it may suit: Patients looking for a vitamin-based add-on to their visit, commonly paired with other care.
  • What to expect: A quick in-clinic injection. Your provider will tell you whether it makes sense for you.

Your bottle. Your dose. Your call.

Most weight loss programs lock you into their schedule. We don't.

Buy your injection weekly and you're in charge. Microdose to manage side effects. Skip a week to give your body a break. Stretch a 4-pack across six weeks instead of four. Talk to your provider about what's working, in person or by telehealth.

The medication is yours. The plan is yours. We're just here to help you use it well.

Testimonials

Real patients. Real Texas.

Individual results vary and are not typical. Shared with patient permission. Treatment requires a medical evaluation and isn't right for everyone.

It started with a real evaluation, not a sales pitch. My provider walked me through the options and the price was on the table before I agreed to anything.
MDMarcus D.Pearland, TX
No auto-ship and no membership. I buy my injection when I need it, and I actually talk to a provider when I have questions.

Some weeks I do my visit by telehealth, other weeks in person. They treat me like a patient, not a subscriber.

FAQ

Weight loss questions.

Can I do my weight loss visits by telehealth?

Yes. You can see a provider for weight loss in person or by telehealth, and have your prescription shipped. That said, our most popular option is buying your injection weekly in-clinic and walking out with it.

Why is your pricing so much lower than Hers or Hims?

We don't run national TV ads, we don't pay influencers, and we don't have a customer service team for shipping complaints. We're a real clinic in Texas with real overhead and honest prices.

Can I skip a week or microdose my GLP-1?

Yes. Once you own your bottle, you're in control. We recommend talking to your provider before making changes, but the choice is yours.

What if I want my medication shipped?

Pay for your visit, and we'll send your prescription to Empower Pharmacy. You pay them directly, and they ship it to your door, handling delivery, cold chain, and any issues that come up.

Is the medication safe?

Empower Pharmacy is a licensed 503A and 503B compounding pharmacy. Your provider only prescribes when it's clinically appropriate. We'll talk through risks, side effects, and your full history before anything is ordered.

What if I'm already on a GLP-1 from another provider?

Bring your records and your current bottle. We'll review where you are, what's working, and what needs to change.

Start with a free consult.

No obligation. Talk with a provider, see whether a plan is right for you, and get every price upfront. In person or by telehealth.
