GLP-1 Weight Loss: Semaglutide & Tirzepatide

Get Well Clinic offers compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, the weekly GLP-1 medications people are asking about, with two simple ways to start: get your weekly injection right here in the clinic, or have your prescription sent to the pharmacy and take your medication home. Same prices for new and returning patients.

  • Semaglutide $50/week
  • Tirzepatide $125/week
  • $100 take-home consult

What GLP-1 medications do

Semaglutide and tirzepatide are weekly injections that work with your body's fullness signals. Many patients notice less food noise and fewer cravings, which makes it easier to eat less and stick with a plan. Results build over months of consistent use, and your provider adjusts your plan as you go.

  • Semaglutide: a weekly GLP-1 injection
  • Tirzepatide: a dual-action weekly injection (GLP-1 and GIP)
  • Provider-supervised by a nurse practitioner at every step
  • No membership and no contracts

Option 1: Your injection in the clinic

Book your visit, check in, fill out your intake form, and see a nurse practitioner for an assessment. If it's right for you, you get your injection that same day. One injection lasts 7 days. Semaglutide is $50 a week (or $200 for 4 weeks) and tirzepatide is $125 a week (or $250 for 4 weeks). There's no consultation fee and nothing else to pay.

Option 2: A prescription to take home

Prefer to have your medication at home? Book a $100 consultation, in person or by phone. You get the same check-in, intake, and consultation, and if approved, your nurse practitioner sends your prescription to our partner pharmacy.

  • The $100 covers your consultation only
  • You pay the pharmacy for the medication and supplies, and you'll see that price before you pay
  • One fill is usually about 4 to 6 weeks of medication
  • Pick it up at the pharmacy, or have it shipped about 72 hours after payment (the pharmacy charges for shipping)

Not sure yet?

A free consult is always available, in person or by phone. If you decide it isn't the right fit, there's no charge. We recommend new patients book the $100 consultation, since it ends with a prescription when you're ready to move forward.

FAQ

Questions we get a lot.

What's the difference between $50 a week and the $100 visit?

The $50 a week option is your semaglutide injection given in the clinic, and it lasts 7 days. There's no consultation fee. The $100 visit is a consultation only, in person or by phone, for patients who want their medication at home. Your prescription goes to our partner pharmacy, and you pay the pharmacy for the medication.

Is the medication included in the $100 visit?

No. The $100 covers your consultation. You pay the pharmacy directly for your medication and supplies, and the price is shown to you before you buy. One fill is usually about 4 to 6 weeks of medication.

How do I get my medication from the pharmacy?

You can pick it up at the pharmacy or have it shipped. Shipping usually arrives about 72 hours after payment, and the pharmacy charges for shipping.

Do returning patients pay a different price?

No. New and returning patients book the same visits, and the prices are the same.

Can I start the same day?

Yes. For in-clinic injections, you can check in, complete your intake, see a nurse practitioner, and get your first injection the same day if it's right for you.
